VST3 adapter profile

No binaries in Workshop — only ClassId, vendor, routing, and parameter defaults. Index → Workshop SDK.

Users install VST3 themselves → Steam Workshop · audio plug-in adapter.

node .\bin\echo-workshop-sdk.mjs init .\my-vst --kind audio-plugin-profile

Replace placeholder classId (000…) and Replace with… text — quality blockers.
