ECHO plays music you already have. It does not search NetEase, QQ Music, or Spotify, and it does not download tracks.
What ECHO is for
Section titled “What ECHO is for”Import the files on your computer. Then you can find them, play them, tidy albums, and show lyrics. Sound goes to the headphones or speakers you pick.
It is not a streaming app. The official product does not search, sign in, stream, or download from those platforms.

Memory
Section titled “Memory”A large library and many features will use a noticeable amount of RAM. On a library of ten thousand tracks, expect around 1 GB. If that number bothers you, this app may not fit.

The official product does not download music, add third-party streaming, or bypass paid access.
Where to learn the basics
Section titled “Where to learn the basics”Completely new to local music? Spend five minutes on Local Music Basics: local vs streaming, what lives inside a music file, how to read formats, and why volume exists in three places. Read it once and you will skip half the common mistakes.
Words to keep

Suggested path

- Installed: Quick start, hear a few songs.
- After sound works: Daily listening or First week.
- Stuck: Common stuck points. Messy albums: Library. No sound: Audio output.

The author does not answer every “how do I use this feature” one by one. For network, driver, antivirus, or device-in-use problems, check your own machine first instead of assuming ECHO is broken.
